Streetwear shouldn’t be stressful – neither should returns. Here’s the lowdown on our no-hassle policy.
THE BASICS
We get it – sometimes the fit isn’t right or the color hits different in person. That’s why we offer:
- 15-day return window from delivery date
- Free exchanges on all eligible items
- Full refunds (minus shipping) for returned items
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
To keep things fresh for everyone, we can’t accept returns on:
- Underwear & Nightwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
HOW TO RETURN
Follow these steps to initiate your return or exchange:
- Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Wait for approval – we’ll email you a return authorization within 48 hours
- Package your items securely in original packaging with tags attached
- Ship it back to our Fresno warehouse (address below)
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was our mistake. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing time: 3-5 business days
- Refund method: Original payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Timeline: Allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
EXCHANGES
Want a different size or color? No problem:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly state what you’d like to exchange for in your email
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
Exchange items subject to availability. If your requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
